Content Planning
I research your audience, shape the editorial approach and set out what we’ll publish, where and why. You get a strategy tied to your business goals, with clear priorities and responsibilities.

Content Marketing
We’ll decide what’s worth sharing and who it should reach. I’ll speak with your team, carry out research where it adds something useful, and write content for your business to publish.
Good content will change how someone sees your business. It can answer a question they’ve been struggling with, give them confidence in your advice or start a conversation you wouldn’t otherwise have.
I enjoy finding those opportunities: asking questions, exploring your expertise and investigating ideas through original research. Then I take care of the writing, so you can contribute your knowledge without having to produce everything yourself.

02
I research questions your clients care about and turn the findings into reports and articles your business can publish under its own name. That can include surveys, data analysis and investigating industry questions.

I speak with your team about the questions clients ask, then write articles using their knowledge and advice. You review and approve each piece before it’s published.

I turn your articles and findings into LinkedIn posts and emails, schedule publication and check how people respond.

“In six years of working with marketers, I've never worked with someone who operates at James's level. He just gets it: strategy, clarity, and what actually drives results.”
We start with your audience's questions and your business priorities.
I speak with your team, research gaps and draft the work for your approval.
We review the evidence available after publication and adjust what we make next.

A summary of audience data from one of my LinkedIn posts.
Ideal when you want to try content marketing before committing to regular support.
Ideal when you want regular content without managing it yourself.
You don’t need to prepare ideas or write anything. I’ll suggest topics and handle the research and writing, using existing materials where useful. Short conversations can fill any gaps. We’ll agree when your input is needed, including time to review content before publication.
That’s part of the work. I’ll look at your audience, the questions they ask and what you want the content to achieve, then recommend topics and places to publish. We can start with a small project. You don’t need to commit to LinkedIn, research or every format on this page.
The fee depends on what we’re producing and the research involved. You’ll receive a proposal setting out the content, schedule, responsibilities and price before deciding. For ongoing support, we’ll also agree the amount of work and terms upfront. You can start with a single project.
Yes - because I’m particular about this. Generic AI writing is something I vehemently disagree with. I’ll study your existing writing and how your team speaks, then use that to guide the tone, vocabulary and phrasing. You’ll review everything before it’s published.
Yes. Nothing is published without your approval. If colleagues or a compliance team need to review it, we’ll build that into the schedule and agree who signs it off. I’ll handle changes before publication, with your team confirming any technical or regulated claims.
We’ll agree what we’re trying to achieve before choosing what to measure. That might include relevant people reading, visits to your website or enquiries that mention the content. I’ll review the available evidence and recommend changes. Reach alone won’t tell us whether the work is bringing you business.

“He asks the right questions and brings structure to ideas that might otherwise stay abstract.”
