Who we are

Clarity Digital is a strategic marketing consultancy based in Jersey, Channel Islands, operated by James Logue. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website and how we use it.

What we collect

We only collect information in three ways:

• Contact form. If you send us a message through the contact page, we receive your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry.
• Analytics (with your consent). If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how people use the site — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are from, and how they navigate. This data is aggregated and anonymous. We do not track individuals. If you decline, no analytics data is collected.
• Calendly. If you book a call using Calendly, their platform collects your name, email, and the details of the booking. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to that data.

Cookies

We use two types of cookies on this site:

• Analytics cookies— set by Google Analytics to measure site usage. These are only placed if you click “Accept” on the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser’s local storage (or clearing cookies).
• Functional cookies — set by Calendly when you interact with the booking widget. These are necessary for the booking tool to work.

How long we keep data

Contact form messages are kept in our email inbox for as long as the conversation is relevant, and then deleted. Analytics data is retained by Google for 26 months by default, after which it is automatically deleted.

Your rights

Under the Jersey Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Object to how we process your data

Changes to this policy

If we make significant changes to how we handle your data, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. We do not send policy update emails.
