Questions

Will it sound like AI?

No, and that is the whole design. The words come from a real conversation with me, not from a machine, and nothing about your voice is created at source by AI. Every post is built from what you actually said, and goes nowhere until you have approved it.

How many posts do I get?

One to three a week, set by your industry and what suits you. Enough to build real presence, not so much that it becomes noise.

What if I don't like a post?

Then it doesn't go out. You approve everything before it's posted, and if something isn't right, I rework it until it is. Nothing with your name on it goes live without your yes.

What if I'm too busy one week?

I work around your week, not the other way round. If things are hectic, I'll move the call or get ahead when you have more time. Consistency is the goal, never pressure.

Do I have to be on camera?

No. Everything works on text alone, and plenty of people never appear on video. If you are up for it, I can cut short videos straight from our weekly call, with no scripts and no extra filming, because video performs best and almost nobody uses it. Your call, every week.

What if I'm not comfortable sharing personal stories?

Personal stories are completely optional. I work in whatever style suits you, from your professional takes to your firm's point of view.

Do I own everything?

Yes. The voice, the pillars and the content are yours. If you ever stop, you keep all of it.

What's the commitment?

Your first month builds your Voice Foundation, then a monthly rhythm, with a three-month minimum so the consistency has time to work.

What about compliance?

Compliance is built into the approval process as much as they need to be there. Posts go out by email one or two weeks in advance, with sign-off deadlines known up front, so your compliance team has plenty of time. For some clients that's a full review; for some it's just a quick "yes" over email or on our weekly call. And if something's already posted and there's a problem, I'll remove it, no problem.
